Ketaki is a very gifted and multi-faceted artist from Maharashtra, India. Very few like Ketaki are uniquely blessed with immense talent in Music as well as Acting. At your age, Ketaki has made her presence felt in both of these performing arts.

Ketaki is currently taking music lessons from renowned classical vocalist Smt. Devaki Pandit. Her Music as well as Acting have been deeply appreciated and rewarded by masses and critics alike.

Ketaki was born in a Musical family and received lessons from her parents right from the age of 3. Her passion and spark for Music was evident right then. Her first studio recording for an audio CD happened at a tender age of 6 yrs. Ketaki has never looked back since then. While she started performing in live concerts and studio recording very early, she also took immense efforts in building her strong foundation of Classical Music.

Ketaki is disciple of Smt. Devaki Pandit. She learns Hindustani Classical Music under her tutelage. She has been groomed on the techniques of Light Music by her Mother. Ketaki’s hard work has helped her establish as a Playback Singer. While Ketaki has always sung for herself, she has given her voice to many leading actress of the industry.

Today, Ketaki has sung for who-s-who of the Music Industry. She has sung for Music Directors like Shri. Ilaiyaraaja Sir in Tamil and Hindi, Shri Ashok Patki, Shri Kedar Pandit, Chinar Mahesh, Avinash-Vishwajeet, Hrishikesh Saurabh Jasraj, Saleel Kulkarni, Anand Kurhekar, Ashok Patki. She has sung with the likes of Shri Hahiharan, Sonu Nigam, Swapnil Bandodkar, Suresh Wadkar, to name a few. Ketaki also received many Industry Awards for her playback singing. Her recently released album – Ketaki – topped all the charts for quite a while.

Ketaki’s Musical journey has just begun. The best is possibly yet to come.

Ketaki is a naturally gifted actress. She inherited acting through her genes – from her Grandfather and Father. Her gorgeous smile and lovable looks instantly won millions of hearts when she performed “Shirodkar” in her very debut film “Shaala”, directed by Sujay Dahake. The film went on to grab the National Award. Since then, Ketaki has delivered many different memorable performances like Uma of “KakSparsh”, “Taani” and “Prajakta” of “Time Pass” – the biggest blockbuster of Marathi Film Industry then.

Ketaki was fortunate to have received guidance and grooming from veterans like Mahesh Manjrekar, Sachin Khedekar, Sujay Dahake, Arun Nalawade, Ravi Jadhav, etc. Her work has been deeply appreciated by masses as well as critics. Ketaki received many awards for her acting.

Ketaki continues to entertain the audience with different roles that challenge her even more, every time. She is currently working on her next film directed by Sujay Dahake – Phuntroo – First ever Science Fiction made in Marathi Film Industry.

Ketaki played Uma in this blockbuster directed by Mahesh Manjarekar. Her role of the newly wedded young girl from Konkan from 1930s made instant place in people’s hearts.

Ketaki’s portrayed of the lead - “Prajakta” - in this RomCom directed by Raji Jadhav was loved and adored by one and all. The film went on to become the biggest box office grocer ever of the Marathi Film Industry. “Mala Wed LagalePremache” sang by Ketaki for herself became an anthem of sorts for the young hearts in Maharashtra.

Devaki Pandit was introduced to the world of music at the age of two, and is a third generation musician from the Pandit household. What began with giving an attentive ear to all musical functions at home, took shape with a formal training and induction to music under her mother’s guidance and led her to her first stage performance at age nine.

Devaki Pandit began her training at a very young age under the tutelage of her mother Smt. Usha Pandit. At the age of 10 she approached Pt. Vasantrao Kulkarni who mentored her for the next 10 years. Following this, she received further training from renowned artist Padmashree Late. Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki for 12 years and from Ganasaraswati PadmaVibhushan Smt. Kishori Amonkar for 4 years. The last 8 years have seen her expand her horizons in music under the watchful guidance of Pt. Babanrao Haldankar and and Dr.Arun Dravid of Jaipur gharana. Among her gurus Ganasaraswati PadmaVibhushan Smt. Kishori Amonkar and Padamshree Late Pt. Jitendra Abhisheki have had a great impact on her and her music.
